Choose Your Amount
Select $200 or $300, or enter a custom amount of your choosing (minimum $200). Payment is made securely at the time of purchase.
Delivered Immediately
Your gift card is delivered by email. You can forward it directly to the recipient, or print it and present it personally. The card includes a unique redemption code and instructions.
Redeemed at the Clinic
The recipient books a consultation or treatment at our Newstead clinic in Brisbane and presents the gift card code at the time of service. The card can be applied to any consultation, treatment, or product available at Body Dezign House.
Gift Card Conditions
These conditions apply to all Body Dezign House gift cards purchased from 2 June 2026 onwards. Gift cards issued before this date are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Expiry
In accordance with Queensland fair trading legislation and Australian Consumer Law, Body Dezign House gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card and in the confirmation email. Cards may not be redeemed after the expiry date and no refund or extension will be issued for unused balances after expiry.

Redeemable For
Gift cards may be applied to any consultation, treatment, or product available at Body Dezign House Newstead, Brisbane. They may be used in full or in part across multiple appointments. Any unused balance remains on the card until the expiry date.

Not Redeemable For
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for another gift card, or used to purchase additional gift cards. Gift cards are not refundable once purchased, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Transferable
Gift cards may be transferred to another person. There is no requirement for the purchaser and the recipient to be the same individual. Body Dezign House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Top-Up & Part Payment
If the value of a treatment or service exceeds the gift card balance, the difference may be paid by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card at the time of the appointment. Multiple gift cards may be combined for a single appointment.

Dr Fatemeh Asadi, MD, FRACGP brings two decades in cosmetic medicine and general practice to every consultation. She is a Key Opinion Leader for Merz Aesthetics and an Official Trainer for Aptos Threads. This reflects her ongoing role in cosmetic medicine education, including attending national and international conferences, training other doctors and nurses, and contributing her clinical knowledge to the wider medical aesthetics community.

When your gift card is redeemed, the consultation at our Brisbane clinic starts with a conversation about your concerns and what you would like to achieve. We review your medical history, carefully assess the area you are interested in, and use VISIA skin analysis where appropriate to gain a better understanding of your skin's condition. We then explain our findings, discuss the treatment options that may be suitable for you, and answer your questions so you have a clear understanding of the benefits, possible risks, and alternatives before deciding whether to proceed. Listening
We start with a private, relaxed conversation. You tell us what you have noticed and what matters to you. Your clinician then goes through your medical history: any past cosmetic treatments, any earlier procedures, the medicines you take, allergies, and your general health. As part of good practice, your clinician also gently asks how you feel about your appearance, so that anything we discuss is truly in your interest.
Assessment
Your clinician carefully assesses the area you would like to improve and how it sits within the balance of your face. We look at skin quality, structure, and proportion, and we back this up with VISIA, AI facial imaging that maps small changes in volume, surface texture and pigmentation. You see exactly what we see.
Options
After the assessment, your clinician talks you through the options that suit you best. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so plainly, and we will talk through what may suit you better, including a referral when that is the wiser path. Choosing not to go ahead is always a fair choice, respected without any pressure, so you can make a decision without feeling rushed.

Yes. A gift card can be redeemed across several appointments until the balance is used, and more than one card may be combined for a single appointment. If a treatment costs more than the balance, the difference can be paid at the time of your visit.
