Understanding Exosome Therapy

ASCE Exosome
in Brisbane

About Dr Asadi
Exosomes are the language cells use to tell each other how to repair. With ASCE, we deliver more of that language at the moment the skin is most ready to listen. Getting the version and the timing right is what makes the difference between a treatment that helps and one that does not quite land.

Exosome therapy treatment at Body Dezign House Newstead, Brisbane

Our approach is careful and honest. We look at what is really driving your concern. It might be loss of support at the bone, change in the deep or surface fat, looser skin, or a mix of these. We also look at whether any treatment is genuinely right for you.

ASCE Exosome Assessment

Areas Commonly
Assessed

Before we discuss exosome therapy, we look at the skin or scalp in a few different ways. At our Newstead clinic in Brisbane, we weigh each one against what a regenerative approach can realistically support.

Most Commonly Assessed

Skin Quality
& Repair Capacity

We start by looking at how well your skin repairs itself right now. How does it heal after a small knock or scratch? How has it responded to past treatments? What do its collagen and surface look like today? What we see here tells us whether ASCE therapy is a good fit, and if so, which microneedling pairing suits your skin at this moment.

Collagen
& Elastin State

Exosome therapy works partly by nudging the fibroblasts, the cells that make collagen and elastin deeper in the skin. We look at how much firmness and support your skin has now, how those cells are likely to respond, and whether the timing fits the rest of your plan.

Post-Treatment
Recovery

For people having Morpheus8 or Vivace RF microneedling, the short recovery window right after treatment is when ASCE is most useful. How your skin looks straight after treatment tells us whether exosome therapy suits you that day.

Pigmentation
& Surface Tone

ASCE also carries signals that help settle the cells behind pigmentation. That makes it worth considering for uneven tone, marks left after a breakout, and sun-related changes on the surface. We look at where the pigmentation sits and whether a regenerative approach fits the wider plan for your face or neck.

Scalp
& Follicle Health

When we talk about the scalp and hair, we use the HRLV version, and the focus shifts to the scalp itself and the hair follicles. We look at the scalp surface, how oily or dry it is, any signs of inflammation, and your overall hair thickness. We do this as part of a fuller hair loss assessment, not on its own, so anything medical that sits outside cosmetic exosome care is picked up and talked through honestly.

Hydration
& Barrier State

Parts of the ASCE blend help the skin hold water and strengthen its barrier, the surface layer that locks moisture in. We check how dry, sensitive or reactive your barrier is right now, because that affects both whether the treatment suits you and the right timing for microneedling.

Clinical Philosophy
Microneedling opens a door the skin rarely holds open for long. While it is open, I can deliver signals straight to the cells that build and surface the skin. A good consultation works out what your skin actually needs in that short window, and stays honest about what exosomes can and cannot change.

Treatments We
May Discuss

The treatments listed here are examples of what may be considered. They are not a treatment plan and do not mean you will need all of them. At Body Dezign House, we always pair ASCE exosome therapy with microneedling, and which microneedling approach suits your skin is decided at a full consultation at our Newstead clinic in Brisbane.

Face & Neck · Skin Formulation (SRLV)

Skin Needling with ASCE Exosome

Standard skin needling makes tiny channels in the skin surface, so the ASCE SRLV blend can reach the deeper layer. This pairing suits skin quality, texture, hydration, and early signs of skin ageing on the face and neck. We apply ASCE to the surface at the end of the needling session.

Morpheus8 with ASCE Exosome

Morpheus8 pairs radiofrequency energy with microneedling to work on the deeper skin and support firmness. Using ASCE SRLV exosome therapy straight after a Morpheus8 session makes the most of the open channels and the skin's busy repair state. The exosomes add their signals while Morpheus8 does the deeper structural work.

Vivace RF Microneedling with ASCE Exosome

Vivace RF microneedling sends radiofrequency energy through fine microneedling tips to support collagen with a gentle skin response. Pairing Vivace with ASCE SRLV exosome therapy supports recovery and carries the exosomes into the deeper layer while the channels are still open.

Scalp & Hair · Hair Formulation (HRLV)

Scalp Microneedling with ASCE Exosome

For the scalp and hair, we use the HRLV version. It is a different blend from the skin one. It carries signals for the cells around the hair follicle, rather than for the skin's collagen and surface cells. Scalp microneedling makes the channels the HRLV blend needs to reach the follicles. Whether this suits your pattern of hair change is decided at a full hair and scalp consultation.

All cosmetic procedures carry some risk and possible side effects. Whether a treatment suits you, what might rule it out, and the full range of possible complications are all discussed at your consultation. Individual results vary. No outcome can be guaranteed. Read about Risks & Complications →

Questions

Frequently
Asked

ASCE+ is a skin regeneration product made from human fat-tissue stem cells. It contains freeze-dried exosomes, the tiny messengers cells use, along with growth factors, peptides, vitamins, minerals and other skin-supporting ingredients. Applied to the skin after microneedling, these parts talk directly to your skin cells to support repair, collagen and surface quality. Whether it suits your skin is discussed at your consultation.

At Body Dezign House, we apply ASCE exosome therapy through the tiny channels that microneedling makes. This lets the blend reach the deeper layer of skin, where it can talk to the repair cells. On intact skin, the larger molecules simply cannot get deep enough. Pairing it with microneedling, Morpheus8 or Vivace RF microneedling is how we get meaningful contact in practice.

ASCE comes in two versions. The SRLV version is for the skin of the face and neck, where it works on the collagen cells, the surface cells, and the cells behind pigmentation. The HRLV version is for the scalp, where it works on the cells around the hair follicle. These cells respond to different signals, which is why using the right version for the right area matters. Suitability is decided at a consultation.

Most people start with two to four sessions, spaced three to four weeks apart, depending on what we find and which microneedling device we use. We may suggest maintenance sessions after the first course. How many suit you is decided at your consultation. Individual results vary.

Yes. ASCE exosome therapy pairs well with both Morpheus8 and Vivace RF microneedling, because both make the tiny channels the blend needs to reach the deeper skin. We apply the exosomes to the surface at the end of the session, while those channels are still open. The pairing can also help with recovery over the next few days.

Exosome therapy tends to suit people who want to support skin quality, recover well after cosmetic treatments, or address early signs of skin ageing in a gentle, regenerative way. It may also come up for scalp health in people with early to moderate hair thinning. Whether it suits you depends on your skin's current state, any active conditions, and your general health. Decided at a consultation.

All cosmetic procedures carry risks, including bruising, swelling, unevenness, infection, problems with blood vessels, and an outcome you are not happy with. The risks that matter for your treatment are explained in full at your consultation, and again on the day. You can read more on our Risks & Complications page.
