TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Policy 1.0: Appointment and Treatment Participation

1.1 Arrival and Timeliness: Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete necessary consultation/consent forms. If running late, clients must inform the clinic to explore rescheduling options. Failure to notify the clinic may result in the forfeiture of the appointment and any deposit made.

1.2 Compliance with Treatment Intervals: Deviating from recommended treatment intervals may impact the effectiveness of the treatment. The clinic shall not be held liable for any lack of results due to non-compliance.

1.3 Medical Disclosure: Clients must fully disclose all medical information, including pre-existing conditions, allergies, and prior reactions, to ensure safe and effective treatment. All medical information is held in accordance with the clinic’s Privacy Policy.

1.4 Commitment to Treatment Plan: Clients are responsible for committing to their treatment plan and investment for the entire duration of the treatment course within the validity period.

 

Policy 2.0: Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

2.1 Confirmation and Communication: The clinic will confirm appointments and provide treatment information via email or SMS.

2.2 Notification of Changes: Clients are encouraged to contact the clinic to change, cancel, or reschedule appointments or address any concerns.

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Credit card details or a deposit may be required to secure appointments, with forfeiture in the case of pre-paid treatments.

 

Policy 3.0: Gift Vouchers and Treatment Packages

3.1 Management of Packages: Treatment Package information is maintained by the clinic, with forfeiture of treatments for cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment. Packages are valid for one year and are non-transferable.

3.2 Gift Vouchers: Vouchers must be presented for redemption, with a three-year expiry unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

 

Policy 4.0: Refund Policy

4.1 Alternative Treatment Options: Management reserves the right to offer alternative treatments of equal value if the client is deemed unsuitable for the initial treatment plan.

4.2 Refund Calculation: Refunds are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, with the calculation based on the total amount paid minus charges for each treatment/missed appointment.

 

Policy 5.0: Adverse Reaction

5.1 Reporting Adverse Reactions: Clients must report adverse reactions promptly for assessment and cooperation with necessary treatments. Clients indemnify the clinic for external costs associated with remedying the side effects.

 

Policy 6.0: Pricing

6.1 Pricing Alterations: The clinic reserves the right to adjust treatments and pricing without prior notice.

 

Policy 7.0: Booking Deposits

7.1 Deposit Charges: Booking Deposits may be charged for selected cosmetic procedures, with potential redemption options. Deposits are non-transferable and may be forfeited for cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment.

7.2 Policy Changes: Management retains the right to change clinic policies without prior notice.
